Streaming of InSEA 2019 World Congress Keynotes

The password for the streams is (case sensitive): InSEA2019

Additional Information | The link will take you to a registration page where InSEA 2019 Congress delegates will be prompted to enter their details and the password. All participants will be required to also enter their name and email. The streams will go live automatically at the start-time of the keynote according to the InSEA 2019 Program. Furthermore, these streaming links will also be the video-on-demand links; after the broadcast is finished the recording will be available at the same link immediately until the end of InSEA 2019 on Saturday, July 13th.


Important Dates & Times

The InSEA 2019 Congress Desk will remain open in the Audain Art Centre lobby for the duration of the World Congress. It will also be open on Tuesday, July 9 from 3:00 – 6:00 at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts. For delegates who have prepaid and have no outstanding fees, they do not have to visit the desk hosted by UBC Conference Services, they can go to the InSEA 2019 Congress Desk. In addition, any delegates arriving after Noon on Wednesday, July 10th please go to the InSEA 2019 Congress Desk, if need be you will be advised how to proceed with regard to financial transactions. All InSEA 2019 delegates – whether or not they had time to register are welcome at the InSEA 2019 Opening Ceremony at the Chan Centre.

Registration with UBC Conference Services (this covers all financial transactions), is open in the Audain Art Centre lobby during specific times on Monday, July 8th, Tuesday, July 9th and Wednesday, July 10th (see below). For delegates that have financial transactions, such as the purchase of tickets, new or outstanding registration fees – you will need to go to the UBC Conference Services desk during these times:

  • Monday, July 8 | Registration 1:00 to 5:00 in the Audain Art Centre lobby

  • Tuesday, July 9 | Registration 8:30 to 2:00 in the Audain Art Centre lobby

  • Wednesday, July 10 | Registration 8:30 to Noon in the Audain Art Centre lobby

Thursday, July 11 | Concurrent Sessions from 8:30-5:00

Friday, July 12 | Concurrent Sessions from 8:30-5:00. Banquet and dance 6:00-11:00 (separate registration)

Saturday, July 13

  • Concurrent Sessions from 8:30-10:40

  • Keynote & Closing Ceremony | 11:00-1:30

  • Harbour Cruise | Boat cruise- 6:45 pick up at UBC, 8:00-10:00 cruise; return to UBC by 11:00 (separate registration)
